This week I share 1 way to keep money flowing in while productions take a break!
A PLAN B is an alternative action. You Know... Just incase PLAN A fails. Luckily for me I've accomplished my PLAN A! Whenever I've tried to go a different way... those alternatives always failed. I was miserable trying to do something I knew I wasn't made to do.
This week I briefly discuss Kevin Liles' successful journey in music and what it took for Morgan Freeman to be the actor we know and love today! Do I advocate having a PLAN B? Watch the video and find out!
Are you the type of person that wants to succeed and take everybody in the world with you? Yeah? Me too! Unfortunately, It's nearly impossible! I think John C. Maxwell said it best: "The higher you go, the less you can carry!"

Do I really need an Agent? That's a common question in the world of entertainment that often has a ridiculous amount of different opinions. Honestly, Managers and agents do take a major load off. One way to earn while you learn is to become a Background actor (Extra)! I actually hate the word "Extra." It makes you sound like a prop or piece of furniture. The role of the Background actor is important! Without it... most productions wouldn't look or feel authentic. (Well... before CGI was created)
It's not a glamorous lifestyle or anything and it probably won't shoot you directly into stardom. But... There are some perks!

In the beginning I did this research for my personal career, but now I'm glad to help you get just a tiny bit closer to your goal.

Are you familiar with the movie 8mile? If you aren't... There's a scene in the movie where "Rabbit" played by Eminem portrays a really talented rapper that has an opportunity to battle some the best in his town in front of a large crowd.
Usually, I don't give away details about a movie because I don't want to risk spoiling it for you if you haven't seen it! But... For the sake of making a valid point... I have to tell ya... He Freezes up and almost destroys his moment!
(I'll let you watch the rest of the movie on your own to see whether or not he redeems himself! Lol!!!)

#TuesdayTVTips Many have the desire to host their own television show, but not everyone gets the opportunity to fulfill that dream. I was blessed with the opportunity to do so when MTV hired me to be the Host of MTV's Grossbusters. #TuesdayTVTips is my opportunity to pay it forward. You can expect advice from my personal experiences and my research of other tv greats to help push you forward on your journey in entertainment.
